Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor – Punching & Bending to manage shop-floor operations, production activities, and manpower.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily punching and bending operations.
- Handle sheet metal fabrication and production activities.
- Manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
- Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor material handling and minimize rejection and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Production Head for smooth operations.
- Ensure machine maintenance, workplace safety, and discipline.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience





- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in punching, bending, or sheet metal fabrication.
- Valuable knowledge of punching and bending machines.
- Experience in manpower handling and shop-floor supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
