Position Overview

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Center is looking for an experienced Nursing Incharge to coordinate nursing activities and support the smooth functioning of clinical services across our Chennai, Coimbatore, and Tirupur locations.

The role requires a senior nursing professional who can guide the nursing team, coordinate daily assignments, maintain clinical standards, and work closely with doctors and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily nursing activities and allocate duties based on operational requirements.
- Guide and support nursing staff in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure appropriate nursing practices are followed.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare teams regarding patient requirements.
- Assist with staff scheduling, duty allocation, and shift coordination.
- Ensure nursing documentation and patient records are maintained accurately.




- Monitor availability of essential nursing supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Support adherence to infection prevention, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Identify operational issues within the nursing department and escalate them appropriately.
- Assist with orientation and training of nursing staff when required.
- Maintain professional standards and encourage effective teamwork within the department.

Candidate Requirements

- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, preferably with supervisory or in-charge responsibilities.
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage nursing operations in a busy healthcare environment.
- Valuable understanding of patient-care procedures and hospital protocols.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of handling staff-related coordination.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
