We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Head who can manage multiple client projects, lead internal teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.

Job Overview

As the Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of client projects across social media marketing, performance marketing, and website development. You will act as the primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with client objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Client Management

- Manage multiple client accounts and projects from planning to execution and delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, expectations, and project priorities.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare project updates, and maintain clear documentation.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

2. Team Coordination & Leadership

- Coordinate with social media managers, graphic designers, content writers, performance marketers, and website developers.
- Assign tasks, define priorities, set deadlines,



and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between creative, marketing, and development teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve execution challenges, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and maintain accountability across teams.

3. Digital Marketing Oversight

- Oversee the execution of social media strategies, content calendars, creative deliverables, and campaign plans.
- Coordinate performance marketing activities across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign reports and collaborate with performance marketers to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure that digital marketing deliverables align with the client's business goals and brand positioning.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.

4. Website Development Project Management

- Coordinate website design and development projects, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, and launch.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure websites meet client requirements and agreed timelines.
- Track website revisions, testing, approvals, and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Planning, Reporting & Process Improvement

- Prepare project timelines, task trackers, status reports, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, deadlines, and deliverable quality.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to prevent delays.
- Establish effective workflows, standard operating procedures, and project management processes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the agency's quality standards before client submission.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
