- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive sales of slimming, weight management, inch-loss, and body-contouring packages.
- Generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and improve customer conversion rates.
- Focus on repeat business, renewals, referrals, and package upgrades.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Maintain proper staff scheduling, attendance, and punctuality.
- Ensure all clinic activities follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards across the clinic.
- Monitor equipment, inventory, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure employees follow the prescribed dress code, grooming standards, and discipline.
- Identify training needs and support staff development.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat visits.




- Ensure proper follow-up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when required.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, customer retention, and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales documentation, and operational reports.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
