What you'll do

- Onboard current customers: configure C-Edge ERP to their factory's processes.
- Train factory teams — from owners to floor supervisors — on daily use.
- Migrate data (masters, orders, costing) and validate it against source records.




- Be the customer's trusted guide through go-live and early adoption.
- Feed real-world customer needs back to product and support.

What we're looking for

- 2–5 years in ERP implementation, product onboarding, or customer success.
- Ability to explain software clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong organisation to run multiple implementations in parallel.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.

Nice to have

- Exposure to apparel/garment manufacturing operations.
- Experience implementing ERP or CRM software.
