About BLV Enterprise
BLV Enterprise LLC is a U.S.-based company overseeing multiple businesses, including:
- Mobile Mobile Orlando (MMO): Consumer electronics retail, device buyback, resale, and repair.
- Valerus Home Experts (VHE): U.S. real estate investment and property acquisitions.
- BLV Enterprise: Parent-company operations and financial oversight.
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and technology-driven accountant who can take ownership of our accounting operations while helping leadership make better financial decisions.
We are not looking for someone who simply enters transactions and generates basic financial statements.
We want someone who understands how accounting, AI, automation, and financial analytics can work together to improve profitability, identify financial risks, optimize expenses, and provide valuable business insights.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and capable of independently managing financial responsibilities across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
- Take full ownership of day-to-day accounting for all three companies.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in Xero.
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense categorization.
- Verify payroll records and reconcile payroll expenses with Paychex reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records for each company, including intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly P&L; statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow statements.
- Track MMO inventory costs, cost of goods sold, and product/service profitability.
- Track VHE deal-level revenue, expenses, commissions, and realized profitability.
2. Financial Analysis & Profitability Improvement
- Analyze financial performance and identify unnecessary expenses, declining margins, financial inefficiencies, and potential revenue opportunities.
- Prepare budgets, variance analyses, and financial projections.
- Maintain a rolling 13-week cash-flow forecast.
- Analyze payroll efficiency, marketing spending, operating expenses, and business profitability.
- Evaluate marketing ROI using financial and operational data from Google Ads, GoHighLevel, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify which business activities generate profit and which consume resources without producing sufficient returns.
- Proactively provide practical, data-backed recommendations for improving profitability and cash management.
3. AI, Automation & Financial Intelligence
We are actively investing in AI-driven financial management.
The successful candidate must be highly proficient in using AI for accounting, analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and other appropriate AI solutions to improve financial reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to connect Xero with existing business platforms, including RepairShopr, GoHighLevel, and Google Sheets.
- Build or help implement reliable automated financial reporting and data-validation workflows.
- Develop dashboards that help management monitor business performance.
- Use AI-assisted analysis to identify anomalies, trends, expense irregularities, and improvement opportunities.
- Test and validate AI-generated financial information against original accounting records.
- Maintain secure handling of confidential company and financial data.
Important: AI must assist your work, not replace your professional judgment. We require someone who personally verifies calculations, reconciliations, AI-generated findings, and reports before submission.
4. Financial Controls & Risk Management
- Monitor financial records for unusual transactions, duplicate payments, unauthorized expenses, and discrepancies.
- Reconcile financial transactions against supporting documentation.
- Identify potential financial risks and promptly escalate irregularities.
- Maintain organized, traceable, and audit-ready accounting records.
- Support internal financial controls, payment verification, and approval procedures.
- Never initiate or approve unauthorized financial transactions.
5. U.S. Accounting & Tax Coordination
- Maintain accurate books consistent with U.S. accounting requirements and applicable GAAP principles.
- Understand U.S. business tax documentation, payroll accounting, sales tax, contractor payments, and Form 1099 reporting requirements.
- Organize tax-ready financial records.
- Coordinate with our U.S. CPA/tax accountant and provide necessary financial documentation.
The successful candidate will not be responsible for independently preparing or filing the company's tax returns.

- Be available for scheduled check-ins and urgent work-related calls.
- Communicate issues, discrepancies, delays, and financial concerns proactively.
- Provide concise daily progress updates.
- Participate in a weekly financial performance review with management.
- Take responsibility for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all submitted work.
We value employees who take ownership of their responsibilities rather than requiring constant supervision.

- Establish consistent, insightful financial reporting.
- Implement reliable cash-flow forecasting.
