Required Skills & Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing and meet customer delivery expectations.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and audits to maintain system integrity and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices with high precision to ensure timely payments and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers.
- Utilize MS Excel to track operational performance metrics and generate detailed reports for management review.
- Support the end-to-end management of ecommerce orders to ensure seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate productive Return to Vendor (RTV) processes to minimize losses and ensure accurate credit reconciliation.




- Monitor ecommerce platform updates to ensure product listings and inventory availability remain synchronized.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks to support the smooth execution of daily operational workflows.
- Maintain clean and organized records of all transactional data to support operational compliance and audit readiness.

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor's degree) in any discipline.

Experience Required

0–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
