Job Description: Video Editor / Content Creator

Organization: Child Care India Trust
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into high-quality, engaging videos.
- Create reels, short videos, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Add music, dialogues, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
- Design creative graphics, thumbnails, posters, and other visual content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all videos and graphics follow the organization's branding guidelines.
- Manage, organize, and maintain video footage, project files, and other digital assets.
- Shoot videos and photographs during office activities, events, and campaigns whenever required.
- Optimize videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, creative formats, and social media content styles.

Requirements

- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



Filmora, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong creative, visual storytelling, and content development skills.
- Basic knowledge of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and export settings.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Film Making, Video Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with social media trends, reels, and digital marketing content.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.

Salary

Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
