Job Description

Servedge Private Limited is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle client communication, prepare quotations, and coordinate daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads, client requirements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and enquiry details.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with daily sales operations.

Requirements





- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales documentation.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Salary

₹16,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
