Accounts Executive – RMC Industry

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Accounting, Costing, GST, Inventory Management and MIS Reporting.

Important Requirements:

- Own Two-Wheeler (Bike) with Valid Driving Licence is Mandatory. Must be able to commute daily to our RMC Plant at Patancheru. Candidates with RMC Industry Accounting Experience will be given First Preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Sales, Collections & Customer Outstanding Reports
- Customer Outstanding Aging (30/60/90/120 Days)
- Customer Credit Limit Monitoring & Payment Follow-ups
- Daily Cash, Bank & Monthly Cash Flow Reports
- Plant-wise Cost per CM & Grade-wise Profitability Reports
- Site-wise Sales, Supply & Billing Reports
- Raw Material Consumption & Closing Stock Reports
- Vehicle-wise Diesel Consumption, KM & Mileage Reports
- Transit Mixer & Concrete Pump Maintenance Expense Reports
- GST Billing, ITC, TDS & Tax Reconciliation
- Customer, Vendor & Bank Ledger Reconciliation
- Purchase, Vendor Payments & Pending PO Reports
- Monthly Profit & Loss and Management MIS Reports

Required Skills:

- Tally Prime & Advanced Excel
- GST, TDS & Accounting Knowledge
- Costing, Inventory & MIS Reporting
- Daily,



Weekly & Monthly Financial Reporting
- Ability to Independently Handle Accounts & Prepare Management Reports

Industry Preference:

- Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Industry – First Preference
- Manufacturing Industry – Second Preference
- Construction Industry – Third Preference

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Note: Candidates must have their own two-wheeler and be willing to work at our Patancheru RMC plant. RMC industry experience will be given priority.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
