Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage our clinic reception, coordinate patient appointments, handle phone calls, and assist with daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Manage appointments, patient registrations, and follow-up reminders.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient enquiries.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Prepare bills, collect payments, and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
- Maintain patient files and update clinic records.
- Explain appointment schedules and provide basic information about clinic services.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and maintain a clean,



organized reception area.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

- Plus Two or a bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Friendly attitude, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or dental practice is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

- * Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
