About the Role
We're looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join us as Career Consultants. You'll guide students and professionals toward the right career paths, recommend suitable programs, and help us grow while achieving your own sales targets. If you enjoy conversations, thrive on targets, and want to make a real difference in people's careers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and professionals on suitable career paths and programs
- Understand each client's goals and recommend the right solutions
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and direct interactions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into enrolments




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

- B.Tech, MBA, or any graduate degree
- Excellent communication skills: confident, clear, and persuasive
- Self-driven with a strong target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calls, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Based in Kochi or willing to relocate and work full time on-site

Preferred

- Prior experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, or education counselling
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English
