Job description for Packing Supervisor for Palghar

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor to manage material issuance, quantity verification, labelling, and packing of finished goods. The candidate will ensure that materials are packed correctly as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and dispatch requirements.

Candidates with experience working with Tier 1 suppliers in the automobile sector are highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collect materials from the Store as per BOM and packing requirements.
- Verify material quantities and details against the BOM.
- Ensure proper labelling of materials as per requirements.
- Supervise packing of materials in boxes and verify quantities before sealing.
- Report material shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Maintain packing records and coordinate with Store and Dispatch teams.




- Ensure timely packing and proper housekeeping of the packing area.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Production or manufacturing workplace.

Salary & Benefits:

· 2.50 - 3.5 Lakh P.A (Depending on the candidates)

· Additional benefits including EPF, annual bonus, and travel allowances.

Office Timings:

· 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Sunday (except Friday).
· Week Off: Friday.
