About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media Manager to manage the digital presence of a prominent artist.

The role involves social media execution, content planning, real-time event coverage and travelling with the artist for shows, shoots and tours.

The candidate will work under the guidance of the Social Media Head while independently managing day-to-day execution, coordinating with creative teams and ensuring timely content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content

* Manage day-to-day operations across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and execute content calendars in alignment with the overall social media strategy.

* Identify engaging content opportunities, trending formats and creative ideas.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors, writers and production teams.

* Oversee content quality, captions, scheduling and timely publishing.

Artist Coordination & Travel

* Travel with the artist for shows, events, shoots, interviews and domestic/international tours as required.

* Identify and capture behind-the-scenes moments, live updates and engaging content opportunities.

* Coordinate real-time social media coverage during events and performances.

* Work closely with the artist’s management team to ensure smooth execution.

* Remain adaptable to changing schedules and event requirements.

Team Coordination & Execution

* Work closely with the Social Media Head to implement content strategies and campaigns.





* Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

* Manage daily workflows, follow-ups, approvals and publishing schedules.

* Take ownership of assigned accounts, tasks and execution.

* Proactively identify challenges and recommend solutions.

Performance & Growth

* Monitor platform performance, engagement, reach and audience growth.

* Track trends and suggest opportunities to improve content performance.

* Prepare regular performance reports and updates for the Social Media Head.

* Ensure consistency in the artist’s digital identity, tone and messaging.

Requirements

* 3–5+ years of experience in social media management.

* Experience working with artists, celebrities, public figures, entertainment or personal brands is preferred.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and digital content trends.

* Good creative judgment, storytelling ability and content planning skills.

* Experience coordinating with video editors, designers and content teams.

* Ability to handle live events, tight deadlines and last-minute changes.

* Willingness to travel frequently with the artist, including weekends and outstation tours.

* Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive, organised and execution-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
