A hospital in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced Chief Supervisory Officer with approximately 10 years of relevant experience to oversee hospital operations, supervise departmental activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational standards. The selected candidate will coordinate with department heads and hospital management to support productive workflows, staff performance, and quality patient services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, administration, or senior supervisory roles.
- Experience in team leadership, departmental coordination, and operational monitoring.
- Knowledge of hospital policies, healthcare quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage operational priorities.

Responsibilities





- Oversee and coordinate daily hospital operations across departments.
- Supervise departmental teams and monitor staff performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflows and effective service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, operational procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
- Support quality assurance, patient safety, and service improvement initiatives.
- Review operational reports, staffing requirements, and departmental performance indicators.
- Assist hospital management with operational planning, resource allocation, and policy implementation.
- Address escalated administrative and operational concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports for senior management.
- Promote professional communication, accountability, and collaboration across departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
