Online Portal Handling Executive

Company: Prakash Jewellers

Department: Online Sales & E-Commerce

Job Purpose: To manage the company's online selling platforms, product listings, customer enquiries, and online orders to ensure smooth operations and increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Listing: Upload product photos, descriptions, weight, carat, price, certification, and other details on Meesho and other online portals.
- Catalog Management: Update product details, pricing, stock availability, and product images regularly.
- Order Management: Monitor online orders, process orders, coordinate packaging, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, messages, complaints, and product-related enquiries.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate online stock.
- Portal Management: Monitor product approvals,



rejected listings, returns, cancellations, and account performance.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily reports on orders, sales, returns, and customer enquiries.
- Digital Marketing Coordination: Coordinate promotional offers and product visibility activities as per company guidelines.

Required Skills

- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Knowledge of Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce portals.
- Valuable communication and data-entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, carats, and product descriptions.
- Accuracy, time management, and customer-service skills.

Reporting To

E-Commerce Manager / Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
