- Attend assigned work orders for split, cassette, window, package units.
- Diagnose faults (electrical/mechanical/refrigerant), propose solution and obtain approval before work.
- Perform repairs: capacitor/contactors, fan motors, PCB swaps, leak detection & rectification, brazing, vacuuming, gas charging, commissioning.
- Execute preventive maintenance: filter cleaning, coil washing, drain clearing, electrical/mechanical checks, performance testing.
- Basic installs/re-installs, thermostat and control wiring, insulation touch-ups, minor duct fixes.
- Handle refrigerants safely; recover, weigh, and charge per manufacturer specs.

Minimum Requirements

- 2–5 years hands-on AC/HVAC servicing experience (homes/light commercial).
- Strong troubleshooting of electrical controls, motors, contactors, compressors, refrigerant cycle.

Education & Certifications

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning (or equivalent trade certificate).
