Job Description: Experienced Team Leader – Skin Care Clinic

Position: Team Leader
Industry: Skin Care / Dermatology / Aesthetic Clinic
Experience: 6-9 years preferred
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi and English
Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the tele calling and patient coordination team.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, appointment bookings and conversions.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets and ensure the team achieves them.
- Train team members on communication skills, treatment information, patient handling and appointment conversion.
- Monitor call quality, team performance, attendance and productivity.
- Handle escalated patient inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception staff and clinic management to ensure smooth operations.
- Track leads from social media, advertisements and other marketing channels.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective patients and existing clients.




- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional service standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a skin care clinic, dermatology clinic, aesthetic center or healthcare telecalling team.
- Robust leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Fluency in Telugu Hindi, and English.
- Proven ability to manage targets and improve appointment conversions.
- Good knowledge of lead management, CRM software, Excel and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and patient relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
