Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

- Respond to customer messages, comments and DMs on social media (Instagram and other platforms)

- Create and manage reels, posts and stories for social media

- Promote ongoing activities, games and offers to increase engagement

- Ensure customers are actively involved and enjoying their experience

- Maintain basic records, trackers and reports in Excel

- Maintain a clean, organized and energetic environment

- Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Able to handle social media messages and reels

- Active on, and comfortable with, Instagram and social media

- Basic content creation skills (shooting and editing reels, posts)

- Average Excel knowledge

- Friendly, confident communication

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
