Job Summary

Supergates India Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – Sheet Metal & Fabrication to generate new business opportunities, acquire customers, and support business growth in the sheet metal, fabrication, and engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales or business development, with good communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads in sheet metal, fabrication, and engineering products.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify potential customers in automotive, industrial equipment, machinery, and manufacturing sectors.
- Handle customer enquiries, understand technical requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and quality teams to meet customer requirements.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, enquiry trackers, and periodic sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Any Graduate or Diploma; a Mechanical Engineering qualification is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in sheet metal, fabrication, or engineering manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of sheet metal components, fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer handling, and quotation follow-up.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
