Maaruthi Wood Works is looking for a Business Manager to handle customer enquiries, explain our wooden packaging products, coordinate orders, and manage daily business activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand and explain wooden pallets, wooden crates, wooden packing boxes, pine wood boxes, and industrial packaging solutions to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders and payments.
- Build customer relationships and support business development.

Requirements

- Knowledge of wooden pallets, crates, packing boxes,



or industrial packaging is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Freshers willing to learn our products are welcome.
- Experienced candidates with product knowledge and customer-handling skills are preferred.
