Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source land parcels, redevelopment properties, and potential real estate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, channel partners, developers, and consultants.
- Conduct preliminary property assessments based on location, market potential, pricing, and development feasibility.
- Negotiate with property owners and other stakeholders to secure favourable commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the legal, technical, finance, and project teams for property evaluation and due diligence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging locations, development opportunities, and market trends.
- Maintain a database of sourced properties, leads, negotiations, and potential deals.
- Track sourcing pipelines and provide regular MIS reports to management.
- Ensure all sourcing activities follow company policies and approval processes.
- Achieve sourcing targets within agreed timelines and budgets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
