About the Role

TAMOS Builders is looking for a proactive and responsible PERSONAL ASSISTANT to manage office operations and support day-to-day administrative activities on behalf of the owner of the company

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations and handle incoming calls and inquiries

* Coordinate between legal, sales, marketing, and project teams

* Act as a liaison between management, consultants, clients, and vendors

* Maintain administrative systems, workflows, and task tracking

* Handle project documentation (agreements, MOUs, approvals, legal files, etc.)

* Communicate with society members, homebuyers, and authorities.

* Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and follow up on action points.

* Track timelines, documentation, and due diligence processes.

* Assist in client coordination, drafting,



and correspondence.

* Support in research and business development tasks

Skills

* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and email/letter drafting

* Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently

* Positive attitude, accountability, and problem-solving mindset

* Real estate experience is an advantage, but not compulsory

* Candidates from legal, sales, admin, or marketing backgrounds are welcome

* Important: Candidate should have positive working knowledge of AI tools/apps, basic tech adaptability, and social media handling skills
