Hotel Rudra Regency, a premium hospitality property in Motihari, Bihar, is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager to lead overall hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, maintain high service standards, and drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, extensive hospitality experience, and a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Maintenance, and Administration.
- Ensure smooth departmental coordination and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to increase hotel occupancy, revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate departmental managers and staff.
- Maintain excellent guest satisfaction, service quality, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses, inventory, and cost control.
- Drive banquet sales, corporate bookings, restaurant revenue, and business development.
- Monitor OTA performance, online reputation, guest feedback, and complaint resolution.
- Implement and maintain hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements.




- Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior hotel management role.
- Previous experience in reputed 3-star, 4-star, or luxury hotels preferred.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, PMS, and OTA platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to relocate to Motihari, Bihar.
