ey Responsibilities – H

- andling customer/internal queries (transaction status, account statements etc)

- andling execution of investments and related transactions for clients
T
- aking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution

- endor management
P




- rocessing of application forms for mutual funds, insurance and other transactions (scrutinizing, scanning, data entry, dispatching for processing) everyday within deadlines

- aintain 100% system adherence by monitoring and tracking various TAT’s and SLAs defined at each customer interaction point

- econciling all transactions daily

- IS Management

ualifications – G

- raduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
M
- inimum 3 – 5 years of industry experience

equired Skills-

- xcellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills

- ood analytical skills

- roficient in MS Excel

- xposure to dashboard management is a plus

- igh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
