Key Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning and coordination activities before the event
- Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams
- Support BTL activities such as promotions, and activations
- Handle on-ground execution during event day
- Ensure timely follow-ups and transparent communication with stakeholders
- Travel across the city for meetings, site visits, and coordination work
- Help in last-minute operational requirements to ensure smooth event flow.
