We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can help us build a strong Instagram presence through engaging, informative, relatable, and entertaining short-form videos.

Key Responsibilities

Instagram Reels Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels related to careers, jobs, interviews, resume building, workplace culture, and professional development.

Content Ideation: Develop creative and relatable video concepts that connect with students, freshers, and young professionals.

Video Shooting: Record high-quality videos for Instagram using a smartphone or camera.

Video Editing: Edit short-form videos with engaging hooks, subtitles, transitions, background music, and other visual elements.

Trend Research: Identify trending audio, formats, memes, and content ideas relevant to our target audience.

On-Camera Content: Be comfortable appearing in videos when required and collaborating with team members to create content.

Content Planning: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute a weekly content calendar.

Performance Analysis: Track video performance, including views, reach, watch time, shares, saves, and engagement, to identify opportunities for improvement.

Creative Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to develop content that supports brand awareness, audience growth, and user acquisition.

Required Skills

Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills.

Ability to write engaging hooks, scripts, captions, and video concepts.

Knowledge of current social media trends and audience behaviour.

Creative thinking and strong storytelling skills.

Valuable communication skills and willingness to experiment with new content formats.

Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form videos.

A portfolio of videos or a personal Instagram page showcasing your work.

Experience creating educational, career-related, lifestyle, or relatable youth-focused content.

Understanding of Instagram analytics and organic growth strategies.

Freshers with strong creativity and a good video portfolio are encouraged to apply.
