Your work profile

Target Level: Consultant/Senior consultant

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Wholesale Credit Lending Transformation (FCMS)

This role is positioned within a high-profile wholesale credit lending transformation initiative. The project aims

to consolidate multiple legacy core banking systems into a unified, single in-house solution known as the

Facility and Collateral Management System (FCMS). Candidates will join a specialized consultancy

delivery team driving product system integration and modernization across complex corporate lending

domains.

Key Skills Required :

To provide deep functional and technical integration expertise to define integration

requirements, identify architectural gaps, and successfully drive solution design for the core banking

modernization framework.

Banking Domain Knowledge: A robust,



comprehensive understanding of commercial lending products,

with particular expertise in Overdraft products, loans, and MSS products. Deep operational familiarity

with limit lifecycle management, complex interest and fee processing, customer/account data schemas,

and broader corporate banking operations.

Core Banking System & Integration Experience: Hands-on technical delivery background within

banking technology ecosystems. Proven track record in orchestrating large-scale system integrations

and managing system interfaces connecting disparate core banking platforms. Familiarity with Oracle

ELCM platforms or similar enterprise collateral engines is highly advantageous.

Stakeholder Management Capabilities: Solid communication and collaborative skills with the transparent

ability to interface seamlessly across diverse organizational tiers—including Business Units, Product

Management, Core Corporate IT teams, and Design Architecture stakeholders. Facilitates alignment to

accurately map cross-system requirements.

Core Banking Transformation (Preferred): Prior hands-on exposure to structural core banking system

replacements, modernization frameworks, or platform retirement/migration programs is considered a

strong, preferred asset.

Education : BE/Bcom/MBA/Mtech/MCA
