Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Qualification: Graduate

Location: Bagru, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, calls, and day-to-day communication.

Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and requirements.

Coordinate with *Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts* departments.

Track order status and ensure timely communication with customers.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of *MS Excel and MS Office*.

Valuable coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Prior experience in the *steel/manufacturing industry* will be preferred.
