SOLAR ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Solar Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in solar PV projects. The candidate will be responsible for solar system design, site execution, installation, testing and commissioning while ensuring quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Solar PV systems based on project requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and assess site conditions for solar installations.
- Prepare PV layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), cable schedules and technical drawings.
- Perform basic system sizing and electrical calculations.
- Coordinate and supervise solar panel, inverter, cable and mounting structure installation.
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and solar system-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors,



vendors and project teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and electrical fundamentals.
- Experience with AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of inverters, modules, DC/AC systems, earthing and protection systems.
- Understanding of solar installation, testing and commissioning.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
- Experience with PVsyst or similar solar design software.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and grid-connected solar plants.
- Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
