Job Title: Part time AccountantCompany: Akasa Designs – Architecture & Interior Design Firm
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: In-office | Part-time
Working Hours: Daily, 2–4 hours depending on workload
Salary: Based on experience, skills and agreed working hours

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounts of our architecture and interior design practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily transactions in Tally or equivalent accounting software.
- Manage purchase and sales entries, receipts, payments, petty cash and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare client invoices, track outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Verify vendor and contractor bills and maintain payment records.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate with the firm’s Chartered Accountant for timely filings and compliance.
- Maintain salary, attendance-linked payroll and reimbursement records.




- Track project-wise expenses and prepare periodic financial summaries.
- Organise financial documents and support year-end accounting and audits.

Candidate Requirements

- or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 3-6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
- Accuracy, confidentiality and the ability to manage work independently.
- Experience with architecture, interior design, construction or other professional service firms will be an advantage.
- Candidates residing in or near Baner -balewadi will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
