Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented REOWN Manager to manage and grow the pre-owned two-wheeler business at our Patel Nagar location. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle sourcing, evaluation, sales, inventory management, customer handling, team performance, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the REOWN / Pre-Owned Two-Wheeler Department.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle procurement, sales, exchange, and profitability.
- Source pre-owned motorcycles through customer exchanges, direct purchases, references, and other channels.
- Inspect and evaluate vehicles based on condition, market value, service history, and resale potential.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of all vehicles before purchase.
- Maintain healthy and profitable pre-owned vehicle inventory.
- Monitor vehicle ageing and ensure timely liquidation of ageing stock.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Accounts, RTO, and Finance teams for smooth transactions.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive exchange leads and convert them into REOWN sales opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and department targets.
- Train, guide,



and motivate REOWN executives/team members.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases, sales, stock, pricing, and margins.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation requirements.
- Track competitors and market pricing to ensure competitive buying and selling prices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, purchases, inventory, margins, leads, and target achievement.
- Ensure proper presentation and display of REOWN vehicles at the dealership.
- Coordinate vehicle refurbishment and ensure vehicles are delivered in proper condition.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in pre-owned automobile, two-wheeler, automobile sales, or related business.
- Experience in vehicle evaluation, buying, selling, and negotiation will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local automobile/pre-owned vehicle market.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred
