Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural consultants, and MEP teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and approval requirements.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Assist in material selection, space planning, and design development.
- Ensure project designs meet quality standards, functionality, and timelines.
