The Maintenance and Production Engineer ensures manufacturing equipment and processes run reliably, safely, and efficiently. The role combines preventive and corrective maintenance with production planning and process improvement to minimize downtime and maximize output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
- Monitor production processes and identify bottlenecks, defects, and opportunities to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to meet output targets and schedules
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards,



and company procedures
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new equipment
- Prepare reports on downtime, productivity, and maintenance costs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS), lean manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
