Job Title: Solar Technician
Location: Bengaluru & Mangaluru, Karnataka
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Solar Technician to join our renewable energy projects in Bengaluru and Mangaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar panel installation, electrical wiring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission solar panels and related electrical components.
- Perform DC and AC wiring, cable connections, and inverter installation.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure productive system performance.
- Follow electrical safety standards and project quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of installations.




- Maintain installation records and report technical issues when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Solar Technician is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of solar panel installation, inverters, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and installation standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and current CTC.
