Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITOM to develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Work on CMDB data quality, relationships, and CI management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills

- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Good knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with integrations and APIs.
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification is a plus.
