About the Role

Book My Vacations is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, suggest holiday packages, prepare travel quotations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Prepare domestic and international holiday packages.
- Provide quotations for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and complete tour packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate visa assistance, hotel reservations, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Experience in a travel agency or holiday package sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are required.

Salary & Perks

- Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
