We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for our client, for their Mumbai location.

In this role you will drive retail mortgage / Loan Against Property (LAP) business, build strong client relationships and manage business sourced through DSA (Direct Sales Associates) partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies. Build and maintain client relationships.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends. Understand and communicate product details effectively.

Track sales activities and prepare reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Loans – Mortgage, and in managing business from DSA (Direct Sales Associates).

Robust interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient with CRM software and office applications.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
