HIRING: Senior Regional Policy & Geopolitical Advisor

Role Overview & Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Regional Policy & Geopolitical Advisor to deliver deep-dive security, political, and policy insights focusing on the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. In this role, the advisor will monitor, analyze, and forecast political, economic, and security developments across the target regions while translating complex data into actionable policy recommendations, strategic briefings, and risk assessments. They will produce high-quality intelligence reports and situation updates, leveraging their direct understanding of state mechanisms to formulate strategic insights that align with government and institutional frameworks.

Job Requirements

- Geopolitical Experience: Must possess 3+ years of professional experience analyzing the political, security, and economic dynamics
- Government or Consulting Background:



Must have a proven track record of either working as a government official (past or present) or providing direct policy consulting services to government entities.

Required Skills

- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to synthesize fragmented data into coherent, high-level geopolitical forecasts and risk assessments.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for briefing senior executives or government stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Full qualified proficiency in English and at least one regional language relevant to the target geographies.
