We are looking for a skilled, honest, and customer-focused Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops from leading brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple MacBook, MSI, and others.

The role involves both onsite workshop repairs at our service center and offsite field service at customer locations. The technician should be capable of identifying hardware and software issues, performing quality repairs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Onsite Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair laptops of all major brands.
- Replace damaged components such as LCD/LED screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, touchpads, speakers, cooling fans, SSDs, RAM, Wi-Fi cards, charging ports, and motherboards.
- Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and basic chip-level repairs (preferred).
- Install and configure Windows, macOS, Linux, drivers, and application software.
- Upgrade laptop hardware including SSD, RAM, and operating systems.
- Recover customer data whenever possible.
- Conduct quality testing before delivering repaired devices.
- Maintain proper repair records and job status updates.
- Keep the repair workbench clean and organized.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures.

Offsite (Field Service) Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for laptop installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide onsite diagnosis and resolve issues whenever possible.
- Coordinate with the service center when workshop repairs are required.
- Install software, printers, networking devices, and peripherals.




- Provide preventive maintenance services for business and corporate clients.
- Explain repair findings and estimated completion time to customers professionally.
- Maintain service reports and collect customer acknowledgements after every visit.
- Travel to customer locations as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in laptop repair (Freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
- Good knowledge of HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, Apple MacBook, MSI, and other laptop brands.
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Knowledge of motherboard diagnosis is an added advantage.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Chip-level motherboard repair experience.
