Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting the complete hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles for assigned positions.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening based on experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, location, and job suitability.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with the Recruitment Lead / Client.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update candidate information and recruitment status in trackers or recruitment systems.
- Maintain accurate daily records of candidates connected, screened, shortlisted, submitted, rejected, interviewed, offered, and joined.




- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for future requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets assigned by the team.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Valuable interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Basic internet and LinkedIn search skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to work on multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
