We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Quality Intern to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable data across our systems. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates who are eager to develop their skills in data management, data validation, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, duplicate records, and inconsistencies.
- Perform regular data quality checks and maintain data integrity.
- Clean, organize, and update datasets using spreadsheets and other data management tools.
- Compare data across different sources and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation of data quality issues and corrections.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries related to data accuracy.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues.
- Follow established data quality standards and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience is not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of data cleaning and data validation.




- Familiarity with Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, and lookup formulas.
- Basic understanding of databases or SQL is an advantage, but not mandatory.
