Position - civil Project Manager

Experience - 8 to 10 yrs

Location - Pashan Pune

The Civil Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering civil engineering

and construction projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves managing

multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing contractors, and

ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil engineering and construction projects from

inception to completion.

* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior

management and clients.

* Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans.

* Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants.

* Monitor and control project progress,



ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications,

and budgets.

* Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and construction

methodologies.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and

environmental standards.

* Manage procurement activities, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract

administration.

* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

* Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and management.

* Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and performance metrics.

* Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
