About Us: Organolinen makes linen shirts, pants, pajamas, co-ord sets and bedding to order in Kochi and ships them to customers in the US and Canada. Every piece is cut and stitched for one customer, so quality and accurate measurements matter more than speed.

About the Role: We are looking for someone who has worked with garments with their hands and wants a steady, more senior role.

What You Will Do:

- Plan the daily cutting and stitching queue with our contract tailors and cutter.
- Check every finished garment against its measurement sheet and our quality checklist before it ships, and photograph it for our records.
- Cut and stitch garments yourself when the queue is busy (paid per piece on top of salary).
- Keep fabric stock and the order tracker (Google Sheet) up to date.
- Help build our library of standard cutting patterns, and train others to cut from them.
- Cover dispatch when the operations person is away.

Who We Are Looking For:

- At least 1 to 2 years cutting and/or stitching garments in a tailoring shop, boutique or garment unit. ITI, KGTE, or a fashion or garment technology diploma is a plus, not required.
- Can read measurements and check a finished garment against them.
- Careful and dependable:



you come on time and finish what you start.
- Basic written English for the tracker and AI agents
- Lives within about 30 minutes of the office.

Schedule, Growth & Perks:

- Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST (or earlier shifts are possible, current team members work from 7.30am to 3.30pm). Some daily overlap with Pacific Time (PST) is required to sync with management.
- Growth: A guaranteed 10% salary increment every 6 months based on successful performance, plus access to monthly bonus pools.
- Flexibility: 100% in-office for the first 3 months for training. A hybrid work option may be available after 3 to 6 months.

Our Hiring Process:

- Two Zoom Interviews: Conducted by our team in Canada. All interviews are scheduled in Pacific Time (PST), which translates to early mornings or later evenings in IST.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
