We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day field operations and keep every project secure, on schedule, and on budget. Responsibilities Supervise site crews, contractors, and daily work activities Enforce HSE standards, permit-to-work, and safety procedures Monitor progress, quality, and material usage Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors Prepare daily reports and ensure documentation is accurate Requirements 5+ years of supervisory experience in oil and gas (upstream, midstream, or downstream) Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards Proven leadership and team management skills Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA) preferred
