Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Drive recent car loan / auto loan sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual branch targets.
- Dealership & DSA Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with local car dealerships, Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), and Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) in Rohtak and surrounding areas.
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively source new-to-bank (NTB) customers, guide clients through the loan application process, collect documentation, and assist with credit appraisals up to disbursement.
- Market Mapping: Stay updated on local resale/repurchase brokers, competitor offerings, and vehicle finance trends.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and ensure repeat or referral business.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
