Profile: Machine Incharge

Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in a textile weaving unit, with hands-on handling of water jet looms Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or incharge role managing machines and operators Working experience with TFO (Two-For-One twister) and crepe twisting machines is a must Roles:

Take full charge of the TFO, Crepe and weaving machines supporting the water jet loom operations Ensure all machines run smoothly with minimum breakdown and idle time Plan daily machine allocation and shift-wise operator deployment Monitor yarn twisting quality (twist per inch, tension, count)



and ensure it meets the required specifications Coordinate with the Production Manager and Machine Planning team on daily targets and output Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs Troubleshoot machine and process issues quickly Supervise and train machine operators and helpers on correct machine handling and safety Track machine-wise production, efficiency and downtime, and report to management Maintain proper yarn and material flow between twisting and weaving sections Ensure housekeeping, safety norms and discipline on the shop floor Qualification:

Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology preferred ITI or equivalent with strong relevant experience can also be considered Valuable understanding of the weaving preparatory process
