Lead Conversion Executive / Inside Sales Executive

Proactive Lead Conversion Executive who can manage incoming enquiries, speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into customers.

This is not just a calling role. We need someone who can build conversations, understand customer needs and actively drive sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond quickly to incoming leads from Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website and other channels.

● Call and WhatsApp potential customers to understand their requirements. ● Explain RightPot products, benefits, pricing and suitable options clearly. ● Qualify leads based on requirement, quantity, location, budget and purchase intent. ● Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure.

● Share quotations, product information, catalogues and other relevant details. ● Handle basic customer queries and objections confidently.

● Maintain proper records of every lead, conversation and follow-up.

● Update lead status regularly in CRM/Google Sheets.

● Re-engage older leads that haven't converted.

● Coordinate internally for quotations, orders,



availability and delivery information. ● Track conversions and work towards monthly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For

● Strong communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage. ● Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.

● Previous experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead management or customer conversion preferred.

● Good follow-up and persuasion skills without being overly pushy.

● Organised and disciplined with lead tracking.

● Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and CRM tools. ● Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of leads.

● Experience handling leads generated through digital/Meta advertising is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

The goal is simple: Every genuine enquiry should receive a quick response, proper consultation and consistent follow-up until the lead either converts or is conclusively closed.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply make calls, but takes ownership of turning enquiries into business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
