We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, lead the sales team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and sales.
- Lead the team and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Monitor revenue, stock, and sales performance.
- Improve customer satisfaction and sales conversions.
- Prepare sales reports and develop growth strategies.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in showroom management or retail sales.
- Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
