About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Banking Officer to manage banking operations, including bank guarantees, payments, loans, trade finance, insurance, and corporate card-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with banks, managing financial documentation, monitoring banking transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking Operations & Payments

- Manage daily banking transactions, fund transfers, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other payment activities.
- Monitor bank balances, payment schedules, and transaction status.
- Coordinate with banks for payment processing, approvals, and transaction-related queries.
- Maintain accurate banking records and payment documentation.

2. Bank Guarantees (BG)

- Handle the issuance, renewal, amendment, and cancellation of Bank Guarantees.
- Track BG validity, expiry dates, margin money, and bank charges.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments for BG documentation and timely renewals.
- Maintain a proper record of all issued and outstanding bank guarantees.

3. Loans & Credit Facilities

- Coordinate with banks regarding business loans, working capital facilities, cash credit (CC), and overdraft (OD) facilities.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest payments, and repayment schedules.




- Maintain loan documentation and banking sanction letters.
- Assist in monitoring credit limits, collateral documents, and banking covenants.

4. Trade Finance

- Handle trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, and other trade-related banking instruments.
- Coordinate with banks for import/export transactions, remittances, and related documentation, as applicable.
- Monitor LC issuance, amendments, expiry dates, and payment obligations.
- Ensure compliance with bank requirements and applicable regulations.

5. Insurance Management

- Coordinate with insurance companies and banks for business-related insurance policies.
- Track policy renewals, premiums, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate insurance requirements linked to loans, collateral, and bank facilities, where applicable.

6. Corporate Cards Management

- Manage corporate credit card applications, limits, statements, and payment schedules.
- Monitor card expenses and coordinate with employees and the Accounts team for supporting documents.
- Ensure timely payment of card dues and proper expense reconciliation.

7. Bank Reconciliation & Documentation

- Assist in bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in banking transactions.
- Maintain banking files, statements, sanction letters, BG records, and other financial documents.
- Prepare banking MIS reports and updates for management.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with internal financial controls.

Pay: ₹45,500.00 - ₹57,500.00 per month
